Billing Model

LiveData charges based on the actual usage generated by the enterprise using the RTM product. The backend system will calculate the fees for all projects on a monthly basis.

LiveData will charge for the RTM product usage and publish usage and fee statistics on the enterprise console on a monthly basis. Bills will be issued and payments will be deducted accordingly.

Billing items include message count.
Pay based on Daily Active Users (DAU)
Billing fees are calculated based on the peak number of unique users who actively use the service during any given day within that month.
